Christoph Kuyler was born in Bavaria in 1639. He died in 1681 during a kidnap attempt. He has used his 300 years of immortality to hone his skills as an assassin. He typically uses a disguise as a clown or mime to get close to his victim.

Christoph is addicted to drinking absinthe (an alcoholic drink made from wormwood), which is known for making its imbibers insane, which may account for Christopher's often odd behavior. Odd or not, he is deadly both to mortal and immortal alike.

Short Sword is a term used for referring to a sword shorter than the standard ones but yet longer than a dagger.

Short Sword may be synonymous with the above, but is also an Early Modern term referring to a one-handed sword with a blade of moderate length (short only in comparison to a Long Sword).
