Connor MacLeod was born on January 1, 1518 in Glenfinnan, Scotland near the shores of Loch Shiel. During a battle between the Clan MacLeod and the Clan Fraser in 1536, he faced an evil Immortal referred to as The Kurgan and was dealt what should have been a fatal blow. When Connor did not die, the townspeople (including his family) believed his recovery was the work of witchcraft and threatened to burn him at the stake. In 1541, he met an Immortal named Juan Sanchez Villa-Lobos Ramirez who became Connor's mentor and taught him the way of Immortals and the way of The Game.

Katana is the word for "sword" in the Japanese language. A curved, single-edged sword traditionally used by the samurai. The katana was primarily used for cutting, although its curvature is generally gentle enough to allow for effective thrusting as well. Though it is intended for use with a two-handed grip, many extant historical Japanese sword arts include at least one or two single-handed techniques. It is traditionally worn edge up.

You must be Connor MacLeod to use this Weapon of Choice. You may attack to areas you just blocked.

He was born in the eastern Russia on the border of the Caspian Sea in 1005 BC. His tribe, the Kurgans, were infamous for their cruelty, and were known to "toss children into pits full of dogs and watch them fight for the meat" for amusement. His first death occured in 970 BC, when his drunken father crushed his head with a rock. Upon returning to life, the Kurgan proceeded to force his father to swallow a searing hot stone, killing him. He then went off to join a group of bandits that raided caravans. He eventually encountered another Immortal, The Bedouin, who taught him about what he was and became the only person who could be labeled as his friend.

Your Non-Ranged Attacks do an additional point of damage. During your May Do / Must Do Phase, you may discard one [S] from your hand to ignore a Location in play for the remainder of your turn.

The two-handed Broad Sword was a large sword used in the Medieval period. It was used in the constant clan warfare and border fights with the English from circa 1300 to 1700. The last known battle in which it is considered to have been used in a significant number was the Battle of Killiecrankie in 1689. It was somewhat smaller than other two-handed swords of the era. The two-handed Broad Sword seems to be an offshoot of Early Scottish swords that had a distinctive style.

You must be The Kurgan to use this Weapon of Choice. You may make an additional Exertion during your turn if that Exertion is used for a Power Blow or Power Block. Your Exertions for Power Blows and Power Blocks may be 3 or 5 card Exertions. You lose an additional Ability when Exhausting.
