Tak Ne's Masamune Katana

This legendary sword was finished in 593 B.C. in Japan by master swordsmith Masamune and given as a wedding present to his new son-in-law Tak Ne. The weapon was forged from an unnamed ore Masamune found in the nearby mountains. This sword was so strong that it often broke lesser blades during battle, leaving the unfortunate wielder weaponless and at Tak Ne's mercy.

The Bedouin's Blade

This version of a scimitar was created and used mostly during the eighteenth century. Usually brandished by soldiers, it was especially favored by sailors along the West Coast of Africa. Although early designs were similar to a scimitar or saif, it eventually became uniquely known for the specialized hilt design. The Nimcha was mainly used in Morocco, but also in most West Africa countries including Algeria and Ghana.
